We have 2 host family conferences per year.

The next one is Saturday Dec 5th for our International Holiday Party.  

The other is our annual Egg Hunt, this year it is March 28, 2010 at Bayville Farms Park

The U.S. State Department guidelines require host families to attend at least one of these meetings during their program year.  

To make the requirement fun, we have 2 great meetings each year:  An International Holiday Party in December and an Egg Hunt in March or April.  Notice for these meetings go out several months in advance, so please put aside at least one date to attend the event.
